Ultimate Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

3 Cups of self raising flour

2 Cups sugar

3/4 Cup of cocoa powder

1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

2 tsp baking soda

200g butter, softened

1 Cup unsweetened yogurt 

3 Large eggs

1 Cup boiling coffee

 

Heat oven to 160 degrees. Grease and line the sides of a 30cm cake tin. Place all ingredients in a bowl or food processor and mix or blitz until all ingredients are combined and the butter fully incorporated. 

 

Pour mixture into prepared tin. Bake for 1 hour or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool in tin.
