Chocolate crackle - classic kids party food

Ingredients:

  • 3Tbsp cocoa
  • 115g brown sugar
  • 115g butter, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 4 cups rice bubbles (you can use gluten free rice bubbles)
Method:
Melt butter, sugar and honey. Simmer for a few minutes. Take off the heat and add the rice bubbles, mix in. Pour into a greased, single tray to set or individual cupcake wrappers.
