Method:Melt butter, sugar and honey. Simmer for a few minutes. Take off the heat and add the rice bubbles, mix in. Pour into a greased, single tray to set or individual cupcake wrappers.
- 3Tbsp cocoa
- 115g brown sugar
- 115g butter, cubed
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 4 cups rice bubbles (you can use gluten free rice bubbles)
