We deliver within central Auckland.
What is the cost of delivery and pick up?
The cost for delivery and pick up in central Auckland is $50.00.
Please contact us if you are unsure whether you are in the delivery zone.
How do I pay for delivery?
If you are booking online, before you make your final payment you will be prompted to select an option delivery, which will then include a $50.00. (or you can select the free option and collect from Ponsonby)
Do you deliver outside of the delivery locations below?
Yes. Please contact us for an individual quote.
Are you flexible with delivery times?
Yes. As long as the products are available we will arrange drop off to suit. (We try to be as flexible as possible to fit in with you)
Will you deliver/pick up if we are not home?
Yes so long as there is somewhere safe and dry that we can put the equipment.
I have also purchased items, will they be delivered with my hire products?
If you have placed an order on line we will be in contact within 24 hours to arrange suitable pick up and drop off times. Any disposable party products will be included in your delivery.
Once your order and payments have been received the goods will be packaged and dispatched to you in 48hours.
You should receive your goods within1-3 working days, from time of dispatch. (this may be longer for rural deliveries) We send parcels as fast as we can if you require something urgently please contact us and this can be arranged. Please note deliveries take place on weekdays i.e Monday – Friday.
There are no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
The address supplied must be a street address, we do not deliver to post office boxes.
The party supplies are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive in the same condition that they left the premises. If you feel your goods do not arrive in good condition please contact us immediately on: 021 667 697 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Purchases under $10 incurs a $5.50 postage fee.
Purchases above $10 + incurs a $9.50 postage fee.
