Delivery Information

We currently delivery and pick up hire products in Auckland only.

If you have placed an order on line we will be in contact within 24 hours to arrange suitable pick up and drop off times. Any diposable party products will be included in your delivery.

For Disposable party products only. 

  • Once your order and payment are received the goods will be packaged and dispatched to you within 48 hours.
  • A courier company will deliver the package to your door within 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch (this may be longer for rural deliveries). We send the parcel as fast as we can - if you require something urgently please contact us and this can be arranged.
  • Please note deliveries only take place on weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
  • The address supplied must be a street address as our courier will not deliver to any Post Office box.
  • The party supplies are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive in the same condition that they left our premises. If you feel your goods do not arrive in good condition please contact us immediately on 021 667 697 or info@mylittleparty.co.nz
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that happened in transit or that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Delivery charges

  • NZ Standard Delivery (non-rural) $5.00-$6.50
  • Auckland rural delivery (including Waiheke Island) $8.50
  • All other rural regions $10.00
  • For delivery and pick-up of hire products, we charge $50 within Auckland.
  • Collect with party hire, or by arrangement: FREE
