BOOKING A PARTY: AUCKLAND ONLY

How do I book a party?
For your convenience you can book a complete party, both hire and purchase products, 24/7. Simply click on the items you require and you will be prompted to enter the quantities and assess availability for the date you require, before confirming and purchasing your order.

How long before the party should I make your booking?
To ensure the items you require are in stock we recommend booking your party 3-4 weeks prior to the date. However you can always check availability using the online calendar attached to each product.

What happens once I have made payment?
One you have made payment we will contact you to arrange pick up delivery.

How do I pay?
If you choose to book online payment is via PayPal, which is a safe and secure way of paying for your goods. PayPal accept all major credit cards. 

If you wish to pay via direct debit you will have to you’re your booking by emailing us directly with details for what you want to hire. 

COLLECTING YOUR PARTY

Where are you based?
We are based in Ponsonby, Auckland. You can collect from Ponsonby or we deliver for a fee through out the Auckland area.

When can I pick up and drop off the products?
Once you have booked your party we will be in contact to arrange suitable times to pick up and drop off equipment.

(We try to be as flexible as possible to fit in with you).

CANCELLING A PARTY OR CHANGING THE DATE

What happens if I want to cancel my party?
If cancelling the party we require 7 days notice. We will then refund 50% of the payment to you. Parties that cancel under 7 days we will not refund.

Can I change the date of my party?
The date of your party can be changed, but please be aware that items that you may have booked might be allocated for another event.

We will do our best to work with you to accommodate your original order, but please be aware that some items in your booking may have to change.

PRODUCT CARE

Do I need to return products cleaned?
No. However it would be great if you could remove anything sticky from products, and rinse milk bottles. Cloths can be wiped clean before they are rolled up.
