How do I book hired items?
By simply clicking on the items you require and you will be prompted to enter the quantities and assess availability for the date you required, for your convenience you can book a complete party, both hire and purchased products online. We will then be in contact with you with n 24-48 hours to confirm your delivery option. Otherwise you can email Leanne directly at email@example.com or phone 021867787
How long before the party should I make your booking?
To ensure the items you require are in stock we recommend booking your party 2-4 weeks prior to the date.
However you can always check availability using the online calendar attached to each product. (Please note if you have trouble with the calendar please phone us to confirm)
Collecting and Dropping of Hire Items?
You can collect and drop off from our Base Location in Snells Beach, or you can organise a delivery for hired items.
There is no fee for your own collection or drop off from our Base Location.
Note: Depending on what you have order will depend on the size of vehicle you will need.
A delivery can be organised for a fee, Delivery fee is based on your location from our base location in Snells Beach for Delivery and Pick Up.

Note: Any disposable party products (goods purchased) will be delivered with any hired items, and there will not be a delivery option available on public holidays.

Do I need to return hired equipment clean?
Please ensure all equipment is clean, complete and undamaged in any way upon return. My Little Party’s count and/or decision as to condition of the Equipment upon return shall be final, and any equipment, returned dirty, or damaged in any way, will incur an additional charge or replacement costs at the hirers expense.
What happens if I want to cancel my party?
If the Hirer, for any reason terminates a booked hire, then the following fee will apply. If cancelled within 48 hours of hire commencement date – 25% of total invoice value will not be refunded.
Can I change the date of my party?
The date of your party can be changed, but please be aware that items that you may have booked might be allocated for another event. We will do our best to work with you to accommodate your original order, but please be aware that some items in your booking may have to change.
What are your postage costs?

What is the expected delivery time with in New Zealand?
My Little Party uses courier companies with in New Zealand, and they will deliver your package to your door within 1-4 working days from the time of dispatch (Please note this may be longer for rural deliveries, or busy periods eg Christmas). My Little Party will send your package within 24-48 hours. If you require something urgently please contact us and this could be arranged.
Can you send my order to a PO Box or Private Bag Number?
All items are sent by courier to physical addresses only, Unfortunately we are unable to send to PO Box or Private Bag numbers.
Do you ship overseas?
We’re happy to send orders overseas but you’ll need to contact us to arrange it as our online orders via our website can only be sent to a New Zealand address, Additional Shipping cost will apply.
What payment methods can I use?
We will only accept payments through our online store which is a safe and secure way of paying for your items, our online payments are via Paypal, Paypal accepts all major credit cards.
What happens if my goods arrive damaged?
If any of your items arrive damaged please contact us immediately, Please ensure all packaging is retained, as we will contact the New Zealand courier company and arrange compensation or replacement products for you as soon as possible. Please note we will request photographic evidence to provide to our courier that the Package has been Damaged.
What is your refund/return policy?
Please choose carefully as My Little Party does not offer refunds or returns, if you change your mind.
A product is showing as out of stock on the website, will it be available soon?
Please get in contact with My Little Party if you would like to enquire as to when an item will be back in stock, but this also depends on My Little Party Suppliers.
I’m looking for a specific product for a party, are you able to source, design or create it for me?
We are regularly sourcing and creating new products for our store so it is worth asking us the question! Additional Fees for creating new Equipment, Props, or Furniture will apply.
If you cannot find something on our website please get in touch and we will endeavour to do our best to find it for you.
Do you offer Layby?
My Little Party does not offer Layby.
