What Are Your Postage Costs?
All packages sent by My Little Party are sent via a postage bag which includes postage and are tracked using parcel post tracking, some of our times are NOT covered by our standard shipping fees, please email Leanne via leanne@mylittleparty.co.nz or phone 021867787 before ordering.

Size 3 Postal Bag Including Shipping 250mm x 310mm (C4) $6.00 + $1.00 (Tracking) Total $7.00

Size 4  Postal Bag Including Shipping 270mm x 370mm (Foolscap) $7.00 + $1.00 (Tracking) Total $8.00

Size 6 Postal Bag Including Shipping 395mm x 450mm (Lineflow) $9.50 + $1.00 (Tracking) Total $10.50

Please Note: My Little Party reserves the right to amend these prices without notice at any time.

What Is The Expected Delivery Time?
My Little Party uses courier companies with in New Zealand, and they will deliver your package to your door within 1-4 working days from the time of dispatch
(Please note this may be longer for rural deliveries, or busy periods eg. Christmas).
My Little Party will send your package within 24-48 hours.

Can You Send My Order To A PO Box?
All packages are sent by a New Zealand courier company to a New Zealand physical addresses only. We are unable to send to PO Box or Private Bag numbers.

Do You Ship Overseas?
We’re happy to send orders overseas but you’ll need to contact Leanne via leanne@mylittleparty.co.nz or phone 021867787 before ordering to arrange it as our online orders can only be sent to a New Zealand address.

What Is Your Refund Policy?
Please choose carefully, My Little Party does not offer refunds if you change your mind.

If Your Package Arrives Damaged?
My Little Party endeavours to carefully pack your package to ensure it arrives in the same condition they left our premises in. If any of your items arrive damaged please contact us immediately when receiving your package. Please ensure all packaging is retained, as we will contact the New Zealand courier company and arrange compensation or replacement products for you as soon as possible. Please note we will request photographic evidence to provide to our courier that the package has been Damaged.

Who Is Responsible For Lost Or Damaged Packages?
My Little Party are not responsible for loss or damage to packages that have happened in transit or that are delivered to an incorrect address. My Little Party will endeavour to help resolve any problem that arises in this situation. Please ensure all packaging is retained, as we will contact the New Zealand courier company and arrange compensation or replacement products for you as soon as possible. Please note we will request photographic evidence to provide to our courier that the package has been Damaged.

When Do Deliveries Happen?
Please note deliveries only take place on weekdays e.g. Monday to Friday.
There are no deliveries for good purchased on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays, they will be posted the next business working day.

DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR HIRED ITEMS

Confirming Hired Items For Delivery.
If you have placed an order online for hired items we will be in contact within 24-48 hours to arrange suitable pick up and drop off times. Any disposable party products will be included in your delivery.

Collecting and Dropping Of Hire Items?
You can collect and drop off from our Base Location in Snells Beach, or you can organise a delivery for hired items.
There is no fee for your own collection or drop off from our Base Location.
Note: Depending on what you have order will depend on the size of vehicle you will need.

Delivery Fees
A delivery can be organised for a fee, Delivery fee is based on your location from our base location in Snells Beach for Delivery and Pick Up.

Note: Any disposable party products (goods purchased) will be delivered with any hired items, and there will not be a delivery option available on public holidays.
